Divyansh Case: CBI probe ordered, Sisodia Confident of Impartial inquiry



A CBI probe has been recommended by Delhi government in the death of the first class student Diwyansh in Ryan International School in Delhi. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has expressed hope that the matter will be investigated objectively.


Recommendation after Post-mortem


The post-mortem report of Divyansh came on Monday. Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi said that the report is being examined. The report clearly suggests that the child was not subjected to any sexual abuse. The report stated the cause of death is drowning and the lungs fill with water. By now looking at the report on the investigation several suspicion has come forward, which is constantly being tested.

BS Bassi said the matter is being taken up in the investigation. DCP (South) are looking at the issues. Investigation is still going on in the right direction. He said, "We assured the father of Divyansh that the matter will be resolved soon and they will be given all the information."
