Central Government Introduces Mission Parivar Yojana to Curb Population Growth

There is a considerable increase in population in the country compared to the last several years. To get control over this, the central government is considering keeping a free condom box at the Gram Panchayat Bhawan and Health Center. With this step, the government is trying to improve family planning. This information was given by Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadra during the three years' achievement of the Health Ministry.

According to the Health Ministry official, family planning kit will be given to newly wedded joints under Asha Scheme. Durbar is being organized for the better communication between the family members and mother-in-law, in which the importance of having a small family is being explained. Apart from this, it will also be advisable to keep the necessary differences between the two children.

Under the Mission Parivar Yojana , the central government is considering introducing it in 146 districts. In these districts, the country has around 28 per cent of the population. These densely populated districts are in seven states of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Assam. In these states the TRF rate is 3%, which has been targeted to reduce to 2.15 percent by 2025.

In this ambitious campaign to spread awareness in this matter, the Health Organization and many private organizations are collaborating.
